Please Come Inn
Please Come Inn is IFTC’s head lease program. Head leases are commonly used to house individuals who face high barriers to being housed.
This provides individuals with the opportunity to demonstrate their reliability as tenants. It’s important to note that head leasing is a strategy within the successful and well-established ‘Housing First’ model to end homelessness.
Inn From the Cold’s housing program provides a continuum of housing programs from the emergency shelter to Please Come Inn, meeting people where they are and providing them with housing options where they can be successful.
